BridgesHome Health Care
BridgesHome Health Care is a joint venture of Hospice of Medina County and Medina General Hospital. The mission is to provide health care that assists patients to achieve the highest level of independence through coordinated planning and responsiveness to each person's needs. BridgesHome serves Medina County and adjacent areas of Cuyahoga, Lorain, Summit, and Wayne counties.
Medina General Hospital
Serving the community since 1944, the hospital has 118 beds, with more than 1,000 employees (the seventh largest employer in Medina County) and 44 departments that provide numerous services both internally and within the community. MGH also has a satellite facility, the Brunswick Medical Care Center which offers a variety of medical services including an Immediate Care Center, physician offices, radiology services including mammography, and physical and occupational therapy services.

WRH Health System (formerly Wadsworth-Rittman Hospital) is an acute-care hospital located in Wadsworth, Ohio. The hospital has 113-beds, more than 150 medical staff members, and over 400 employees.

Last Acts
Last Acts’ goal is to bring death related issues out in the open and help individuals and organizations pursue better ways to care for the dying. They believe in palliative care, which focuses on ways to ease pain and make life better for people who are dying and their loved ones. Palliative care means taking care of the whole personbody, mind, spiritheart and soul. It looks at death and dying as something natural and personal.
National Hospice and Palliative Care
The National Hospice and Palliative Care Organization is the largest nonprofit membership organization representing hospice and palliative care programs and professionals in the United States. The organization is committed to improving end of life care and expanding access to hospice care with the goal of profoundly enhancing quality of life for people dying in America and their loved ones.
